How it all began

The eco organic pet food brand took its first steps in 1992. Jan Jaap Roelevink, the owner of a Bernese Mountain dog called Dano believed that his dog deserved something better than the food available in stores at the time. He had been buying organic products for himself and wanted to offer his dog the same standard in terms of healthy, organic food without chemical coloring, aromas and flavorings. That is when he began producing his own organic pet food.

Many years later, eco organic pet food has become the organic dog and cat food market leader. eco organic pet food products are available in over 22 countries worldwide! The product range consists of kibble, wet food and snacks for dogs and cats as well as organic cat litter.

Eco organic pet food offers vegetarian/vegan food for dogs. This complete diet contains all nutrients a dog needs and has been on the market since 1995. The food was developed at the time for dogs that have difficulty processing animal proteins. Quality assurance

We analyse raw materials before processing them. In addition, we visit our suppliers personally to verify that the animals have a better life and the raw materials are truly organic. Unless we are completely assured of the quality, we won’t process it in our food.
